Intelligent Air Intake & Filtration

Atmospheric Water Generators (AWGs) extract drinking water directly from the humidity present in ambient air — turning an invisible resource into a reliable water source.

Within each HPT® unit, moist air is continuously drawn in through high-efficiency fans and guided through a multi-layer filtration system. Dust, pollen, and airborne particles are effectively removed at this early stage, ensuring that only clean, filtered air enters the core system.

This first step is critical, as it lays the foundation for the overall water quality and system efficiency. After the water generation process, a dedicated mineralization stage reintroduces essential minerals, resulting in a balanced, fresh, and pleasant drinking experience.

Advanced Water Extraction Technology

Once filtered, the air is directed through a series of high- performance condensation coils. Here, the air is cooled in a controlled manner until it reaches its dew point — the moment at which water vapor naturally condenses into liquid droplets.

This process is managed by an advanced PLC-based control system combined with multiple sensors that continuously monitor temperature, humidity, and system performance. The result is a highly automated, stable operation with minimal manual intervention.

What differentiates HPT® systems is the integration of a patented heat-exchange mechanism and internal energy recovery technology. By reusing thermal energy within the system, overall power consumption is significantly reduced — typically by 30–65% compared to conventional AWG technologies.

Multi-Stage Purification & Water Quality Assurance

The collected water is then processed through a comprehensive multi-stage purification system designed to meet high potable water standards.

This includes sequential filtration steps such as PPF (sediment filtration), GAC (activated carbon for odor and taste optimization), reverse osmosis (RO) for fine purification, and UV sterilization to eliminate microorganisms.

All materials used in contact with water are selected according to strict quality standards, including food-grade stainless steel components, ensuring long-term safety and durability.

The final stage of mineralization provides a light, controlled mineral content — typically within a balanced range — delivering water that is not only safe, but also pleasant to drink.
